September 15, 2021 4:01 PM EDTDALLAS, Sept. 15, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI) (Nasdaq: TXN) today said it will raise its quarterly cash dividend 13%, from $1.02 per share to $1.15, or $4.60 annualized. The higher dividend will be payable November 15, 2021, to stockholders of record on November 1, 2021, contingent upon formal declaration by the board of directors at its regular meeting in October.  Â
