MGM Growth Properties Increases Quarterly Dividend To An Annualized Rate Of $2.08 Per Share

LAS VEGAS, Sept. 15, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- MGM Growth Properties LLC ("MGP") (NYSE: MGP) today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.520 per Class A common share for the third quarter.  On an annualized basis, the dividend of $2.08 represents an increase of $0.02 per share.  This is the 14th dividend increase since MGP's initial public offering in April 2016.  The dividend will be payable on October 15, 2021 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2021.
