State Street Corporation Prices Common Stock Offering
September 9, 2021 11:45 PM EDTBOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- State Street Corporation (State Street) (NYSE: STT) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 21,724,217 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $87.60 per share. The offering is being conducted as a public offering registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
The offering is expected to close on September 14, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
