September 8, 2021 5:37 AM EDTShares of Coupa Software (NASDAQ: COUP) are up over 6% after the company delivered better-than-expected Q2 results and guidance.
Coupa reported EPS of $0.26 to crush the consensus estimate of negative $0.06. Sales came in at $179.2 million to top the consensus estimate of $162.97 million. Subscription revenues soared 40% to $156.2 million.
"Digitizing and optimizing back-office operations is being prioritized as a key strategic initiative for our customers, and the Coupa platform is critical for their ability to develop agility and adaptability in these rapidly changing times," noted CEO Rob Bernshteyn.
