American Software’s Board Approves the Quarterly Cash Dividend
August 19, 2021 11:35 AM EDTATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMSWA) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.11 per share. The dividend is payable to the Companys Class A and Class B Shareholders of record at the close of business on November 19, 2021, to be paid on or about December 3, 2021.
