Old Republic Declares A Special, One-Time Cash Dividend of $1.50 Per Share
August 13, 2021 9:00 AM EDTCHICAGO, Aug. 13, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Old Republic International Corporation (NYSE: ORI) today announced its Board of Directors has declared a special, one-time cash dividend of $1.50 per share. The dividend will be paid on October 6, 2021 to shareholders of record on September 15, 2021.
