Corteva Announces $1.5 Billion Share Repurchase Program
August 5, 2021 5:01 PM EDTWILMINGTON, Del., Aug. 5, 2021 /PRNewswire/ --Â Corteva, Inc. (NYSE: CTVA) today announced that its Board of Directors authorized a new $1.5Â billion share repurchase program. This newly authorized program is in addition to $1Â billion program announced in 2019, which the Company expects to complete by the end of 2021 more than one year ahead of its initial timeline, subject to market conditions and other considerations.
