MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Manitowoc Company, Inc. (NYSE: MTW), (the Company or Manitowoc) a leading global manufacturer of cranes and lifting solutions, today reported second-quarter net income of $17.9 million, or $0.50 per diluted share. Second-quarter adjusted net income(1) was $21.2 million, or $0.60 per diluted share.
Net sales in the second-quarter increased 41% year-over-year to $463.6 million and were favorably impacted by $21.3 million from changes in foreign currency exchange rates. Adjusted... More
