MAA Announces Pricing of Public Offering of 1,100,000 Shares of Common Stock
August 3, 2021 6:55 AM EDTGERMANTOWN, Tenn., Aug. 3, 2021 /PRNewswire/ --Â Mid-America Apartment Communities, Inc., ("MAA") (NYSE: MAA) today announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 1,100,000 shares of common stock for expected gross proceeds of approximately $212 million, all of which are being offered in connection with the forward sale agreements described below.
