Sales of $1.8 billion, up 52% year over year, and up 8% from prior quarter Net loss of $427 million, or $3.89 per share, compared with net loss of $96 million, or $0.88 per share, in second quarter 2020. Second quarter 2021 includes an after-tax charge of $423 million related to a partial annuitization of U.S. pension obligations Adjusted EBITDA of $187 million, up 89% year over year, and up 4% from prior quarter.
