Pioneer Natural Resources Announces Inaugural Variable Dividend on Common Shares
August 2, 2021 4:15 PM EDTDALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Pioneer Natural Resources Company (NYSE: PXD) (Pioneer or the Company) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash variable dividend of $1.51 per share on Pioneers outstanding common stock, representing approximately $370 million of capital returned to shareholders. The dividend is payable September 17, 2021, to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 3, 2021.
