August 2, 2021 5:48 AM EDTAbcam plc (Nasdaq: ABCM) today announces that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire BioVision, Inc. ("BioVision"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Boai NKY Medical Holdings Ltd. (NKY), for $340 million (the Acquisition).
