(NASDAQ: FRST) ("Primis" or the "Company"), and its wholly-owned subsidiary Primis Bank (the "Bank"), today reported net income of $10.3 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2021, compared to $9.4 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. Â Earnings per share for the three months ended June 30, 2021 were $0.42 on a basic and diluted basis, compared to $0.39 basic and $0.38 diluted for the three months ended March 31, 2021. Â
