LTC Reports 2021 Second Quarter Results and Discusses Recent Activities

(NYSE: LTC) ("LTC" or the "Company"), a real estate investment trust that primarily invests in seniors housing and health care properties, today announced operating results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021.
Net income available to common stockholders was $18.1 million, or $0.46 per diluted share, for the 2021 second quarter, compared with $1.8 million, or $0.05 per diluted share, for the same period in 2020. Funds from Operations (FFO) was $22.2 million for the 2021 second quarter, compared with $12.0 million for the comparable 2020 period.
