Huron Announces Second Quarter 2021 Financial Results

SECOND QUARTER 2021 HIGHLIGHTS

Revenues increased $12.3 million, or 5.6%, to $230.1 million in Q2 2021 from $217.9 million in Q2 2020. Net income from continuing operations was $12.8 million in Q2 2021 compared to $13.6 million in Q2 2020. Adjusted EBITDA(8), a non-GAAP measure, was $25.6 million in Q2 2021 compared to $27.5 million in Q2 2020. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was $0.59 in Q2 2021 compared to $0.61 in Q2 2020. Adjusted diluted earnings per share from continuing operations(8), a non-GAAP measure, increased $0.01 to $0.69 in Q2 2021 from $0.68 in Q2 2020.
