Colfax Announces Secondary Offering of 6,544,522 Shares of Common Stock
July 28, 2021 4:32 PM EDTWILMINGTON, DE, July 28, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Colfax Corporation (Colfax or the Company) (NYSE: CFX), a leading diversified technology company, announced today that certain of its stockholders (the Selling Stockholders) have commenced an underwritten secondary offering of 6,544,522 shares of the Companys common stock.
The Selling Stockholders will receive all of the net proceeds from the offering. The Company is not selling any shares of common stock in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
