Enterprise Reports Results for Second Quarter 2021
July 28, 2021 6:00 AM EDTHOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (Enterprise) (NYSE: EPD) today announced its financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2021.
Enterprise reported net income attributable to common unitholders of $1.1 billion, or $0.50 per unit on a fully diluted basis, for the second quarter of 2021, compared to $1.0 billion, or $0.47 per unit on a fully diluted basis, for the second quarter of 2020. Net income for the second quarters of 2021 and 2020 was reduced by non-cash, asset impairment charges of $18 million, or $0.01 per fully diluted unit, and $12 million, or $0.01 per fully diluted unit,...
