Universal Health Services, Inc. Reports 2021 Second Quarter Financial Results, Increases 2021 Full Year Earnings Guidance And Announces $1 Billion Increase To Stock Repurchase Program Authorization

(NYSE: UHS) announced today that its reported net income attributable to UHS was $325.0 million, or $3.79 per diluted share, during the second quarter of 2021, as compared to $251.9 million, or $2.95 per diluted share, during the second quarter of 2020. Net revenues increased 17.1% to $3.198 billion during the second quarter of 2021 as compared to $2.730 billion during the second quarter of 2020.
