II (Nasdaq: DGNS) (Dragoneer), a special purpose acquisition company, today announced their entry into a definitive business combination agreement (the Merger Agreement). Upon closing, the combined company will operate as Cvent Holding Corp., and is expected to trade under the ticker symbol CVT.
