Gambling.com Group Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
July 22, 2021 9:30 PM EDTCHARLOTTE, N.C., July 22, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Gambling.com Group Limited (the "Company") announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,250,000 ordinary shares offered by the Company at a price of $8.00 per ordinary share. The underwriters of the offering will also have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 787,500 ordinary shares from the Company at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.Â
