National Storage Affiliates Trust Announces Pricing of Upsized Public Offering of Common Shares
July 21, 2021 12:17 AM EDTGREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- National Storage Affiliates Trust (the "Company") (NYSE: NSA) today announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 8,000,000 common shares of beneficial interest of the Company at a public offering price of $51.25 per share. The offering was upsized from 8,000,000 common shares to 8,800,000 common shares for total gross proceeds of $451.0 million. The Company has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,320,000 common shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts.
