Flexion Therapeutics Announces Appointment of Utpal Koppikar to its Board of Directors

(Nasdaq: FLXN) today announced the appointment of Utpal Koppikar, Chief Financial Officer of Atara Biotherapeutics, to its Board of Directors. Mr. Koppikar will serve as the chair of Flexions audit committee.
