June 30, 2021 4:05 PM EDTRealty Income Corporation (Realty Income, NYSE: O), The Monthly Dividend Company®, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 7,250,000 shares of common stock. The company also plans to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,087,500 shares of common stock.
