Riley Exploration Permian, Inc. Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock
June 30, 2021 8:42 AM EDTOKLAHOMA CITY, June 30, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Riley Exploration Permian, Inc. (NYSE American: REPX) ("Riley Permian" or the "Company") announced today that it has priced its previously announced public offering of 1,666,667 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $30.00 per share (the "Offering") for total gross proceeds (before the underwriting discount and estimated expenses) of approximately $50 million. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 250,000 shares of its common stock sold in the Offering. The Offering is expected to close on July 2, 2021, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
