Oasis Midstream Partners LP Announces Public Offering of Common Units
June 24, 2021 4:17 PM EDTHOUSTON, June 24, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Oasis Midstream Partners LP (NASDAQ: OMP) (the "Partnership") announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 3,623,188 common units representing limited partnership interests ("common units"). The Partnership expects to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 543,478 common units.
