Marcus & Millichap (MMI) Tops Q1 EPS by 18c
May 7, 2021 7:36 AM EDTMarcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI) reported Q1 EPS of $0.37, $0.18 better than the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter came in at $184 million versus the consensus estimate of $172.61 million.
