New Mountain Finance Corporation Announces Financial Results for the Quarter Ended March 31, 2021
May 5, 2021 5:11 PM EDTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- New Mountain Finance Corporation (NASDAQ: NMFC) (the "Company", "we", "us" or "our") today announced its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2021 and reported first quarter net investment income of $0.30 per weighted average share and adjusted net investment income1 of $0.30 per weighted average share. At March 31, 2021, net asset value (NAV) per share was $12.85, compared to $12.62 at December 31, 2020. The Company also announced that its board of directors declared a second quarter distribution of $0.30 per share, which will be payable on June 30, 2021 to holders of record as of June 16, 2021.
