Stifel Declares Quarterly Common Stock Cash Dividend and Declares Preferred Stock Cash Dividend
May 5, 2021 4:15 PM EDTST. LOUIS, May 05, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Stifel Financial Corp. (NYSE: SF) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on shares of its common stock of $0.15 per share, payable June 15, 2021, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 1, 2021.
The Board of Directors also declared a quarterly cash dividend on the outstanding shares of its 6.25% Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series A (the Series A Preferred Stock), 6.25% Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series B (the Series B Preferred Stock), and 6.125% Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series C...
