WILMINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Charles River Laboratories International, Inc. (NYSE: CRL) today reported its results for the first quarter of 2021. For the quarter, revenue was $824.6 million, an increase of 16.6% from $707.1 million in the first quarter of 2020.
