Easterly Government Properties (DEA) Tops Q1 EPS by 2c, Revenues Miss
May 4, 2021 7:27 AM EDTEasterly Government Properties (NYSE: DEA) reported Q1 EPS of $0.09, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $65 million versus the consensus estimate of $66.7 million.
