The Ensign Group Reports First Quarter 2021 Results; Raises 2021 Earnings Guidance
April 29, 2021 4:08 PM EDTSAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, Calif., April 29, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Ensign Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: ENSG), the parent company of the Ensign(TM) group of companies, which provide post-acute healthcare services and invest in the long-term healthcare industry, primarily in skilled nursing and senior living facilities, announced record operating results for the first quarter of 2021, reporting GAAP diluted earnings per share of $0.86 for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. Ensign also reported a record adjusted earnings per share(1) of $0.87 for the quarter.
