Baxter Reports First-Quarter 2021 Results
April 29, 2021 7:15 AM EDTFirst-quarter revenue of $2.9 billion increased 5% on a reported basis and 1% on both a constant currency and operational basis1 First-quarter U.S. GAAP earnings per share (EPS) of $0.58 declined 9%; Adjusted EPS of $0.76 declined 7% Baxter expects full-year 2021 sales growth of 8% to 9% on a reported basis, 5% to 6% on a constant currency basis and 4% to 5% on an operational basis Baxter expects full-year U.S. GAAP EPS of $2.85 to $2.93 and adjusted EPS of $3.47 to $3.55
