Evolus Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock
April 21, 2021 10:30 PM EDTNEWPORT BEACH, Calif., April 21, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Evolus, Inc. (Nasdaq: EOLS) announced today the pricing of its public offering of 9,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $9.50 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. The gross proceeds from the offering to Evolus are expected to be $85.5 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses.
