Akoya Biosciences Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
April 15, 2021 10:00 PM EDTMARLBOROUGH, Mass., April 15, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Akoya Biosciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: AKYA) (Akoya), The Spatial Biology Company®, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,580,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $20.00 per share, for gross proceeds of $131.6 million, before underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses payable by Akoya. Akoya has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 987,000 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
