New Residential Investment Corp. Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock
April 14, 2021 7:32 PM EDTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- New Residential Investment Corp. (NYSE: NRZ; New Residential or the Company) announced today that it priced its underwritten public offering of 45,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $10.10 per share. The offering is expected to close on April 19, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions. In connection with the offering, the Company has granted the underwriters an option for a period of 30 days to purchase up to an additional 6,750,000 shares of common stock.
