Verint Announces Upsize and Pricing of Offering of Convertible Senior Notes
April 6, 2021 11:05 PM EDTMELVILLE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Verint® Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: VRNT) today announced that it has agreed to sell $275 million aggregate principal amount of its 0.25% convertible senior notes due 2026 (or up to $315 million in aggregate principal amount if the initial purchasers exercise their option to purchase additional notes in full) in a private placement to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933.
