(NYSE: SAR) (Saratoga Investment or the Company), a business development company, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.43 per share for the fiscal quarter ended February 28, 2021, payable on April 22, 2021, to all stockholders of record at the close of business on April 8, 2021. This is an increase of $0.01 per share from last quarter.
