Horizon Bancorp, Inc. Increases Quarterly Dividend by 8.3% to $0.13 per Share
March 17, 2021 4:35 PM EDTMICHIGAN CITY, Ind., March 17, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Horizon Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ GS: HBNC) announced that its Board of Directors approved an 8.3% increase in its quarterly cash dividend from $0.12 to $0.13 per share.
The increase is effective with the companys next quarterly dividend, payable on April 16, 2021 to common stockholders of record as of April 2, 2021.
