General Electric (GE) Falls 6% on AerCap Deal, 2021 Outlook, 1-for-8 Reverse Split
March 10, 2021 10:02 AM ESTGeneral Electric (NYSE: GE) is trading down 6% following this morning's deal to merge GE Capital Aviation Services business (GECAS) with AerCap Holdings N.V. (NYSE: AER). The company also announced its 2021 outlook and a reverse stock split at a ratio of 1-for-8.
Shares are up 24% YTD.
