EVO Reports Fourth Quarter and Year-End 2020 Results
February 25, 2021 7:00 AM ESTATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- EVO Payments, Inc. (NASDAQ: EVOP) (EVO or the Company) today announced its fourth quarter and year-end 2020 financial results. For the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2020, reported revenue was $116.7 million compared to $129.4 million in the prior year. On a reported and currency neutral basis, revenue for the fourth quarter decreased 10%. On a GAAP basis for the quarter ended December 31, 2020, net income was $3.9 million compared to a net loss of $3.2 million in the prior year.
