Freshpet Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock
February 23, 2021 8:19 PM ESTSECAUCUS, N.J., Feb. 23, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Freshpet, Inc. (Freshpet) (NASDAQ: FRPT) today announced the pricing of its follow-on offering of 2,100,000 shares of the Companys common stock in an underwritten public offering at a price to the public of $143.00 per share. Freshpet has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 315,000 additional shares of its common stock.
The offering is expected to close on February 26, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
