Marriott International Reports Fourth Quarter 2020 Results

Fourth quarter 2020 comparable systemwide constant dollar RevPAR declined 64.1 percent worldwide, 64.6 percent in the U.S. & Canada, and 62.7 percent in international markets, compared to the 2019 fourth quarter; Fourth quarter reported diluted loss per share totaled $0.50, compared to reported diluted EPS of $0.85 in the year-ago quarter.
