February 18, 2021 6:30 AM ESTEmerald Holding (NYSE: EEX) reported Q4 EPS of ($0.02), $0.07 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $12.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $27.53 million.

Fourth quarter and full year results negatively impacted by event cancellations due to the COVID-19 pandemicImpact of revenue declines on operating income partially offset by claim payments received under Emeralds event cancellation insurance policy.
