E.W. Scripps Co. (SSP) Announces Board Chair Rich Boehne to Retire, Effective May 3rd; Kim Williams to Succeed as Board Chair
February 18, 2021 9:06 AM ESTRich Boehne has notified the board of directors of The E.W. Scripps Company (NASDAQ: SSP) that he will step down as chairman and retire from the board when his term expires on May 3, 2021. Kim Williams will become chair of the board, effective the same date.
