February 11, 2021 4:06 PM ESTDENVER, Feb. 11, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- DaVita Inc. (NYSE: DVA) announced financial and operating results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2020. For the full year diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was $6.39, an increase of 38.9% from the prior year, and adjusted diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was $7.26, an increase of 34.4% from the prior year. Fourth quarter diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of $1.67 was impacted by the challenges of responding to COVID-19, with an estimated net impact on operating income of approximately $(60) million.
