Fidus Investment Corporation Declares First Quarter 2021 Dividend
February 10, 2021 4:05 PM ESTEVANSTON, Ill., Feb. 10, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fidus Investment Corporation (NASDAQ: FDUS) (Fidus or the Company) today announced that its Board of Directors on February 9, 2021 declared a base dividend of $0.31 per share and a supplemental dividend of $0.07 per share for the first quarter of 2021. The Companys dividends will be payable on March 26, 2021 to stockholders of record as of March 12, 2021.
