Kansas City Southern Announces Dividend Increase; Establishes Annual Meeting Date
February 4, 2021 4:30 PM ESTKANSAS CITY, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Kansas City Southern (KCS or the Company) (NYSE: KSU) announced that its Board of Directors approved at its meeting today a 23% increase in the quarterly dividend on KCSs common stock, from $0.44 to $0.54 per share. The board declared a common stock dividend at this increased amount payable on April 7, 2021, to common stockholders of record at the close of business on March 8, 2021.
