Diluted earnings per share (EPS) in the range of $0.76$0.82; and Diluted FFO per share (FFOPS), as defined by Nareit and as adjusted for comparability, in the range of $2.16$2.22.For the quarter ending March 31, 2021, the Company is establishing the following guidance:
