Revolution Medicines Announces Pricing of Upsized $260.9 Million Public Offering of Common Stock
February 3, 2021 11:30 PM ESTREDWOOD CITY, Calif., Feb. 03, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Revolution Medicines, Inc. (Nasdaq: RVMD) today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 5,797,101 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $45.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Revolution Medicines.
