Con Edison Declares Common Stock Dividend And Updates 2020 Guidance
January 21, 2021 4:48 PM ESTNEW YORK, Jan. 21, 2021 /PRNewswire/ --Â Consolidated Edison, Inc. (Con Edison) (NYSE: ED) declared a quarterly dividend of 77.5 cents a share on its common stock, payable March 15, 2021 to stockholders of record as of February 17, 2021, an annualized increase of 4 cents over the previous annualized dividend of $3.06 a share.
